2. Services Offered

TuneUp offers top-notch piano training for all levels in Singapore. Our expert instructors will guide you from beginner to advanced, helping you unlock your full potential as a pianist. Our services include private lessons, group classes, and workshops.

3. Registration

To sign up for TuneUp's services, you must provide accurate and complete information. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

4. Payment

All payments must be made in full before the start of the lesson or class. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. For cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

For private lessons, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. For group classes and workshops, a 48-hour notice is required. Failure to provide notice will result in a full charge for the lesson or class. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of TuneUp.

6. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner towards our instructors and other students. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.

7. Liability

TuneUp is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during lessons or classes. Students are responsible for their own safety and should inform their instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

TuneUp reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
